In the 15-months I’ve had it, the car has thrown a handful of collision false alarms serious enough to initiate emergency braking. Very startling, and it sure gets the pulse going!

More importantly, twice it alarmed and autonomously braked when it was NOT a false alarm. I am convinced that both times the system prevented an accident, and while both were at fairly low speed and there was little chance of serious injury, it almost certainly saved me a bunch of time and money in doing so!

I sometimes get this if I only have one hand on the wheel.
I'm pretty that is the result of the lack of any steering inputs -- I regularly drive on a stretch of highway that is so perfectly straight as for the car to track exactly by itself centered in the lane, and the warning comes on even though I have both hands on the steering wheel, but I haven't had to make any adjustments.

This happens to me on a straight section of motorway near where I live. It happens every time I use the road. A quick jiggle of the steering wheel shuts up the warning for a while, so not too bothersome.
