Does anybody know what battery fits the security fob and how to get inside it? One of mine already needs to be changed. Can’t find it in the manual. This is the funny shaped one (vodafone) in the UK.

I just picked up my car – so I unfortunately don't know. But I was wondering the same thing when I first looked at it. Please post here what you find out.

Its very different (and more sealed looking) than my previous Vodafone security fob for my Panamera.

I am left wondering if you're supposed to return it to Porsche Centre for a new one? How long has the battery lasted for you?

Had the car in July. And yes the Panamera was easy....

I'm guessing it's a CR2032 but when you open it you will see what is marked on the battery.

Out of interest why do you think the battery is flat - did you get a text to alert you?

A message came up on the dash to say, not on my mobile.
