Good morning
just look at your Notification Center : if you have selected notifications from your car then intelligent maintenance is changed to maintenance only. I think the System will throw a notificatio directly without letting you to control in the menu

Any more info? I’m curious about what changed. Did you get an OTA update? Had a workshop campaign? Jumped from a j1 to j1.2?

Thank you very much for the pointer. I had no notifications at all but, indeed, going into the Notification Center somehow cleared the weirdness.

Intelligent Maintenance is a Connect service. So first at all to access it you must be connected to your Porsche account in your car and make sure that the service is active in the PCM service Connect services panel
then if Porsche servers and your connection is ok you should see intelligent
in France twice a year this dissepear like today for myself but after reseting the PCM and close the car for half an hour it came back five minutes after being in the car
sometimes also just disconnect your Porsche account and Connect it again to force the synchronisation of your Connect services in your car

i thought i'd mentioned that i had this exact thing happening to me few days ago Aug 26. Smart Service app came up completely blank. Was frustrated but decided to just let it sit for a few days. today Aug 29, went to check on the car and it seems to be all working as normal again. It didn't seem to have anything to do with my end since Smart Service connect was enabled in the Connect/subscription screen, privacy mode was and has always been disabled. tried re-enabling smart service in the subscription screen did nothing. so it seems like it was the Porsche back end service problem that got resolved over time.
