I had this - very similar - twice last year, but without the turtle simbol.
Once it was 36C outside and the battery temp was 38C.
A week later it was 25C outside and the battery temp was 20C.
I can confirm it was 'vibrating' in the sense that when pressing the accelerator, it would only get like 5-15% power and do so intermittently, effectively shaking the car.
Now the very interesting thing: braking via recuperation would follow the same pattern - car slightly shaking, almost like it would have a limited ability to both extract and push energy back into the battery. I could actually watch the green line on the power meter - showing recuperation - jumping up and down.
Issue went away after locking the car for 15 min, a shorter lock did not resolve it. Never happened since, even when pushing the car hard in heat.
Based on my reading at the time this can be caused by: air bubbles in your coolant, a software glitch, hardware issues with the motor rotors.
I extended my warranty shortly afterwards
