Has it been very hot where you are? The BMS does some “interesting” corrections when ambients get above 95C likely to account for impedance changes in the pack.
It has been yeah, South Florida. But why would the drop be under 40% SOC only?

I do not see a situation when a car would lose SoC when not driven.
I am not in Florida but we have had a very hot summer and my Taycan stands in 100F+ weather when I am at work and I have never seen its SoC drop ever and I had it in <40%SoC at times, not a norm but on occasion.

Please keep us posted on what you find out as this would be helpful to all and anything we can assist with please let us know, such as interpreting dealer diagnosis, as I can certainly run it by mine with people I trust.

Well, again comparing to my own car I don't see anything odd here. The SoC variance between cells is also something I have seen since my car was new. Your cell voltages are nicely balanced.

Your estimated SoH will likely improve significantly if you recalibrate the SoH but other than that it won't change anything.

I did a test but not a long one parking at 24% SoC for about 5 hours and no drop.
Then I just did a rebalance so the cell graphs look perfect and I gained 4% in SoH, which surprised me. Also, first time I noticed after the car reached 100% and was undisturbed overnight, at the time I started measurement the SoC dropped to 97% that means that the car was using that much energy to rebalance and that is a sign of a solid rebalance sequence.

SoH before rebalancing: 87.00%
SoH after rebalancing: 91.18%

I agree with others your current cell graphs look fine, but this is what you want to see after rebalancing.
