Stalled due to a electrical system error - failed heat regulator component

My 2021 Taycan with 3k miles stalled due to red "Electrical System Error - Park Vehicle in a safe place" error. Had to tow to the dealer, and based on diagnostics its due to a failure of heat regulating component. Waiting on parts, thought of informing as I didn't see this particular component failure in this forum.

I got this dreaded red message tonight at 9pm. Almost 1 year into the ownership over 9k miles, first major issue. I got several errors starting with sensor, brake assist, camera not working and ended up with electrical system error. It was scary as I was driving at 70mph at the HOV lane for about 35 mins on 880S and suddenly no power. glad there was no behind/beside me and was able to cross over 4 lanes and pull to the side of highway. I called porsche assistance immediately and after spending 10 mins on call with them was assigned a service ticket.

I waiter over 50 mins and still no tow truck was assigned. In the mean time I shut the car off and restarted after 5 mins. I had to try several times before the error went away. I decide to drive as i was getting impatient and not fun waiting on the side of highway after a long day of business trip.I was 15 mins away from reaching my home.

Another frustrating part was with porsche assistance you get a paid lyft ride but they wont pick you up from highway and you are not allowed to travel in a tow truck. I dont know how people will get to their destination. I was wondering that myself while i was trying to restart my car. I have sent a email to my SA stating i will drop the car tomorrow and have a loaner ready for me.

Glad your car got restarted. My car is still at dealership as Porsche and dealer are still trying to figure out, so far whatever they did is not successful. It's been more than 35 days. It is scary and very unsafe when car loses power suddenly and on top of it Porsche not able to fix and doing trials. Lost complete confidence on Taycan and Porsche. I feel like whatever some whistleblower report said is exactly the same thing happening.
