He's saying that apparently in Switzerland, Tesla is requiring non-Tesla vehicles that want to supercharge to subscribe @ 12.99 euros/mo. I wonder if the USA subsidies do not allow that?

£11 a month in the UK so I do subscribe just as another option as we travel quite a bit.

UK looks like membership it is an option to lower the per kWh rate, but not compulsory.
