No DTC.

I am sure there is DTC. But you need to use a proper tool, like MapEV Diag or PIWIS, that can scan all controllers, not one of those mobile phone app toys

I use VCDS.

VCDS can't read half the modules in the Taycan, it does not have the data for any of the Porsche specific components.
Either way, if there is an error message there is also a stored DTC. Use PIWIS or MapEV Diag to read it out next time.

With GTS suspension being tuned differently, are you able to view those software differences in the module and theoretically adjust them with your tools?

Correct but some control modules need a security access code in VCDS to access them (WSC).
I have some.

It's a different calibration most likely, not a coding value.
Can it be cross flashed? Maybe.
