I went away on vacation two weeks ago and decided to leave my car plugged in to my 60 amp AC charger in the garage. As we were driving to the airport, I checked my app and noticed that there was a car charging error.
When I got home from my trip, I noticed the fuse had blew. I reset it and tried charging on both ports. Nothing.
I took it to the dealership yesterday and they couldn’t get it to accept a charge from their AC chargers. They tried two different chargers with both charging ports. The car will, however, charge with their DC charger.
I’m curious to know if anyone else has had this happen? I’m taking it into the dealer to be looked at and hopefully fixed on September 19. I’m really hoping fora quick fix but also preparing myself that it could take a while. I love this car!!
