Taycan Steering Column buzzing sound and vibration

I bought a Taycan with 16k miles. Since I bought it, it has been making a buzzing sound and vibrates every time I make a continuous right turn or drive on rough surface. The sound comes from the steering wheel area. It has been in the shop three times and it is there again for the forth time now.
Anyone with similar issue?

Thanks Tooney,
The dealer claims they replaced both bearings on the second visit. Replacing the bearings do not seem to have fixed the issue.
