Interesting. I'm 6' 2" and currently 120kg but I find the 18-way seats very comfortable. I'm heavy because I'm carrying a lot of muscle though, so maybe that makes a difference. With that in mind, I would imagine dropping down to the 100kg mark will really help.

I also have a pretty similarly spec'd GTS, which I'm loving so far, so I hope you find a solution to the seat comfort issue soon

I'm 5'10", a little under 100kg and find the 18 way seats great. Drove it home from the dealer 3,500 miles, no problem whatsoever. The only issue I found was that sometimes the car forgets my lumbar position when I get back into it, but I can counter this with the memory buttons (1/2/3) where I memorized the seat and mirrors position, I really do enjoy the seat holding me in place when I choose to drive a little spiritedly, unlike my last car where I had to hold tight onto the steering wheel so I don't slide off the seat during higher G turns. It's fun to just let the seat hold me in place.

PS> Speaking of holding through the turns, I find the factory all-season Conti tires to have substantially lower grip on wet surfaces compared to Goodyear Ultragrip winter tires I drove home on. But I guess that's a topic for another thread. 18-way seats held me in place even on more grippy winter tires.

Sorry to hear about your seat comfort issues. I suspected this might be the case after trying both 14-way and 18-way variants on some test drives. While I do like the more aggressive bolstering on the 18-way, I did remember that feature being tiresome on longer drives on previous other-make performance cars that had similar levels of bolstering. Ultimately, I just went for the 14-way because I wanted the massage function, and so far these seats have been very comfortable for longer drives.

Well I blindly ordered just the standard 8 way seats, and they have no bolster support whatsoever, so a long trip just KILLS my back, and a pillow hasn't helped. Good thing I need to stop to recharge every 2 to 3 hours. Shorter trips not a problem at all.

So I tried the two cushions I have, the sciatica cushion didn’t work for me because it’s too high and my head was too high on the headrest, but it works for my wife.

I also have a memory foam lumbar support and that seems to work for me, it pushes my backside forwards a couple of inches so less of my thighs are being pinched. Also lost 4kg this week which should help ?

I will persist with the lumbar support and maybe get it covered with Alcantara to look like it belongs there.

The Drive of the nPorsche can not be matched. I ended up getting the 14 WAY with massage seats. are VERY comfortable.
I know this does not help.
Perhaps you may be able to just change just driver's seat

I too got the 14 way seats with the massage option - I agree they are very comfortable !
Shiatsu setting seems the best
