It is a requirement of my insurance to use the Porsche PVTS+ service and I have to have an active contract at time of any claim – and in the nearly 4 years I've had it – its caused me no issues. Additionally, I find the folks that work at Vodafone call centre very professional, helpful and upbeat. Don't know where they find the staff – but they are great.
The only reason I have had to ring them – is if I want to disable the tracker for more than 10 hours – because I am on a long ferry to France – and you can't do that via the app.
