Turbo S - charge % error.

Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone has suffered the same issue as my car currently has.

The battery % display never changes from 99% irrespective of range and in the app it notes as having a charging issue. For reference, the car charges absolutely fine when plugged in. Total mileage will display but range stays fixed at 99%.

It was fine up until a couple of days ago when a few OTA software updates were installed. Wondering if a bug in the update has caused it.

The car is booked into Porsche on Thursday so hopefully it's an easy and quick fix!

Update!

I've managed to sort it by disconnecting the 12V battery for 10 mins.

Seems it's happened to someone else on the Facebook group who very kindly gave me the advice.
