The latest issue with my 4S (I am still waiting for the part to fix the heater - that was ordered almost 3 months ago and still don't even have an estimate for when it will be available) is the front right turn signal and parking light both reported as defective:

Have a similar one for the parking light, and I now have the clear both of these every time I get in the car. At first, the turn signal was working just fine (although the clicker in the car runs at double speed to alert you), but now it has stopped working too. The earliest the dealer can look at it is the end of March, and then who knows how many months before they can get any parts it might need.

I have to say, in the past I was always told how reliable Porsche was - I can tell you I have never owned a car that has spent more time at the dealer for warranty and recall issues. Before the Taycan, I had four Mercedes cars over 12 years, and in all that time only one warranty issue (a failed AC unit), and that was looked at same day, and fixed overnight.

I just started experiencing the same issue today - turn signal and parking light both show a fault, but will work / clear the error after perhaps 30 seconds. I also had the alarm trigger and the car think the key was not in the car.

https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/turn-signal-defective.10552/ seems like the same issue, though there was no obvious resolution.

Got the car back this morning with the turn signal fixed. Turns out it was the side marker housing that the seal had failed on, letting water into the light and shorting it. Replaced under warranty.

I have questions about why a failure in the side marker light was able to stop the main front turn signal working too - seems like a design fault when the two units are physically separate.
