Hello.
When I first got my car back in December I activated the data package & figured I’d play with it & then turn it off. However, since January the link to get into it is missing.
On a PC I get a box next to each service overview that says “open”. Not with the data package.
On the mobile site, you get an arrow down symbol which lets you access the service overview, but not with the data package.
This means it’s impossible for me to cancel without calling Porsche direct.
Is there a way I can cancel this from the PCM.
Probably just a website bug but it’s been like this for nearly three months.
