UK - Data package option missing

Hello.
When I first got my car back in December I activated the data package & figured I’d play with it & then turn it off. However, since January the link to get into it is missing.
On a PC I get a box next to each service overview that says “open”. Not with the data package.
On the mobile site, you get an arrow down symbol which lets you access the service overview, but not with the data package.
This means it’s impossible for me to cancel without calling Porsche direct.
Is there a way I can cancel this from the PCM.

Probably just a website bug but it’s been like this for nearly three months.

I've seen this glitch myself before – on Safari on macOS. I installed and tried Firefox just to see if it behaved better and it did. Its a bit random, but try Firefox and see if it improves for you. You can uninstall it after – I did :)

Tried with Firefox and same thing. Also tried Safari and Chrome.

Sorry to hear that - it was a long shot! Btw> as this is a "connect service" I have found sending a message internally within My Porsche site - pretty successful for getting responses – without having to ring anyone.

When you use "new message" it gives the option of sending message to your OPC or the Porsche Connect helpdesk. Use the helpdesk and you might find it gets it done. Not sure if the OPC's have any special access to the Porsche Services desk anyways.

I use it anyways and find it acceptable - if not the quickest support desk in the world!

Actually fluked it.

Login to my Porsche.
Scroll to the bottom & look for “Porsche on the web” and expand the link.
Select “Porsche Connect Store” and then “my products.”
There is then a hyperlink to cancel the data service, amongst others.

Wow. How hard do they make that!?
