UK Service interval

What's the service interval for a CT4S? I thought it was 2 years or 20k miles. My app agrees with the 2 years bit, but wants me to service it in less than 2k which would be 18,500 miles.... ?‍

As far as I'm aware it's 2 years/18500 miles.

Mine showed 2 years/18,500 miles immediately after it had been serviced.

It’s an imperial conversion from Kilometres.
It’s 30,000 kilometres or 2 years

Ahh makes sense thanks. Slightly thrown by service centre person who said is it due its 2yr/20k service!

I had an appointment (before summer) when I was supposed to reach 30000km. i had to ask for a new one because I couldn't make it any more that day: they proposed early September. I told them I might be way over 30000km : "not a problem, you don't need an oil change !?"
I left the car last week with... 39600km (did 10000km in a month). next one is now at 70000km or... 80000km depending how busy they are.
they don't do much but checking and changing the air filter

That sort of mileage sounds about right! Wouldn’t it be great to have a Taycan that didn’t need to go to garage apart from servicing - although my second has been faultless since March apart from dealer fit Porsche rear dash cam!

Mine has been back twice (aside from big software update), both via Porsche assistance (primarily so it would be seen within a reasonable time frame) for:
New Heater
New 22kw AC charger.

In fairness, both were turned around within a week.

My first one March 22 CT4S was a nightmare. Think I had rather more issues including yours including boot failure x2 ( had at least 2 months with no boot! Black screen issues - range drop after software upgrade 250-180 nearly had my money back ( Porsche and OPC were good) Decided to try again and so far very happy apart from residual value worries.

Thanks. I’ve called a couple of ‘local ones’ off the list already, with the aim off using them as a stick for where I actually want it done!

Found this in old paperwork.
It was from late 2021.
Seems like a good deal if still around even if more expensive. I think it’s a Stratstone Group deal. Not necessarily all OPCs but you could wave it at them?
