Wireless Carplay cutting out in downtown Seattle

I'm curious if others local folks are running into this issue with wireless Carplay cutting out when either on I-5 or I-90 heading through downtown Seattle. This issue started happening the last 3-4 weeks or so. It wasn't an issue prior. I'm not entirely sure if it's specific to me, but it happened on my 2020 Taycan and I'm currently in a 2024 loaner Taycan and the issue persists. I'm streaming Spotify, and it works normally, but when approaching the Rainier Ave. Exit on I-90, it will cutout every few seconds or so. Anyone else run into this? Is there a fix, or is there some location specific interference going on?

Same here! I thought I was going crazy as I'm driving in/out of downtown. Definitely feels like it's been worse and happening more frequently.

My wife has a BMW 330e and this also happens in her car. I looked it up a while ago to figure out why but didn't find any real answers, seems like it's been brought up on this forum and by others on the Seattle subreddit.

Thanks for the links. It used to happen near Porsche Bellevue, but then it went away and works fine there. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

I'd check if wired cuts out in the same places. If not, likely a WiFi frequency interference in those areas.
