Per my previous post and per Porsche NA and dealer all defective battery modules have to be sent out for repair with the process taking 6-8 weeks. There are no replacement cells at dealers. Dealers are very frustrated with the entire process and are limited to the number of cells they can send in each week for repair. RE Undue Delay and warranty disregard first post Delaer gave me bad information. Undue Delay is noted in warranty for battery but PCNAD has language that we cannot hold them accountable for delays ..

Per the battery warranty Porsche MUST perform battery warranty work with no undue delay. The legal definition of Undue Delay is generally meant to mean the repair must performed and completed within 30 days.
Is the 'no undue delay' stated in a Porsche document?
If not, what is written authority requiring warranty work to be performed with no undue delay?

In California all EV car batteries have a 10 yr /150K miles warranty that supersedes Porsche’s 8 yr/100K warranty.
You got my hopes up of moving to CA in a few years to extend my warranty. But it isn't the case. It appears to be a common misconception that the PZEV warranty applies to ZEV batteries. There was some talk of a requirement for 2026 ZEVs, but from the current CARB site:

Is there usually a warranty on the battery when I buy a new zero emission vehicle?
Yes. All automakers include a warranty on the battery, and most have at a minimum an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty. The battery warranty is not required by regulation currently; however, the Advanced Clean Cars II regulations do include provisions to require automakers to include a minimum warranty on the battery of 8-years/100,000 miles.
