Washer Fluid Pump Malfunction?

I had my OBC downgraded from 22Kw to 9.6Kw and I noticed that now when I pull on the right lever the windshield wipers go on, but there’s no fluid coming out, and there’s no sound at all, like the pump isn’t even turning on. I fear they forgot to connect it or something along those lines when they replaced the OBC. Has anyone had this problem before? I’m VERY pissed at my local dealership as I already had to take it back once after the OBC was changed as they had not programmed it and it was charging at 3.5Kw max, and bypassing my 85% profile, and I’d hate to have to take it back again!

And yes, the reservoir is full of fluid since otherwise someone will ask.

It is likely they did not reconnect power to the washer pump.
