What terms did you negotiate on your lease agreements for a 2023/2024 Porsche Taycan?

Can anyone advise me on how to secure a good lease deal on a 2023/2024 Porsche Taycan Base or 4S? Specifically, which dealer might be more willing to offer 10-15% off MSRP? I know Porsche is already offering around $23,000 in incentives. Please advise.
