How many keys did you get with your taycan?

Evening, all. I am awaiting production of my taycan and had heard reports that some people only received one key with their car, rather than the usual two. Is this correct?

some have and also need to get electrical steering adjustment made available to them later because of supply shortage - thankfully i got both keys and the electric steering as well. It seems like a crapshoot.

I got lucky and got my electric steering column and 2 keys at delivery. 5/29/21

Amazing cock up with mine. Turned up with 1 key but the factory paperwork said it had 2. So they have had to order in a new locking unit with new keys and will need to get it back in to change the emergency lock and reprogram the keys. Just in case they really did send 2 keys and 1 went missing. It is the 4th car the dealer has had sent with this problem - almost certainly a paperwork mistake rather than someone stealing or losing a key.

Really depends on timing, had a Nov build on a CT4, car was complete and came with 2 keys. Another car that was on the same truck to the dealer had only 1 key and manual steering rack.

Thanks guys. What do you mean by the electric steering column - surely this is the only way the car will steer? Do you mean to say that some cars arrive with manual steering installed instead?

It’s the height and reach adjustment. Electric vs manual. Mine came with the electric. Comes with 14 or 18 way seats or memory package

Ah, that seems crazy that you would pay for electrical adjustment and it comes without!
