Taycan owners in Belgium? CT? EV fast charging in Belgium.

You get an (automated I think) email form Porsche Connect when your car finishes production, before transport. Then you can make add the car to your Porsche ID and you know it's coming. Still have to count 7-10 days after that (in my experience) before the car is at the dealer.

Also depends on the location because superchargers have short cables and the taycan charging port is not at the best location. So it's not always possible to charge at a tesla supercharger without blocking other spaces.

Tesla has it completely at the rear. Taycan is not really at the front and that's causing issues at some chargers. Not just tesla supercharger.

Yes I know. Tesla is at the left rear and Taycan front right. It would have been worse if it was at the front left. Tesla parks rear and Taycan can park front first. Not ideal with a short charge cable but not the worst either. I think Etron is even worse.

I have had my Taycan since January 21.
I tested the Porsche supercharger (350kw) from Knokke on Saturday.
I stayed there for 10 min => 15.14 kwh: cost = 10.25 eur.
I find it quite expensive. Is this price normal?
Shouldn't the tariff be 0.35 eur/kwh?

Question for the Belgian members who already have their car. Does Porsche Germany sent a email when the car goes into production? Or did you get an email from the dealer? Production start should have been half January but now probably this or next week. Should be finished 24 feb.

No, i didn’t receive anything from Porsche. Normally the sales rep, gives you a call before, with the date r the day after, when he’s made.

Since you are working in this business, it would be most interesting if you can post updates in this forum about new planned chargers in Belgium and the nearby countries.
It is nice to hear about what is going on in this area.

I am used to not caring about super charging using the Tesla.
Now switching to Porsche, I am eager to see when we will be at the same level with non-tesla chargers.

you will enjoy the Taycan for sure.Both brands are good, it’s just a matter of taste, colour, habits. A mix of both would be great.

The tariff for superchargers starts at 0.50 e and goes up to around 0,8 e/kwh.
when you are going/ willing to load on a supercharger, you have to think about:
temp of battery, must be around 30°c or more
soc as low as possible less then 10%
then you will charge at high speed, as you can see on earlier posts from me.
if you want to charge faster, you pay a bit more.
in Knokke you pay more then 0,35€ for an ac charger at 11 or 22kw In the Lippenslaan.

The price sounds about right. I am not familiar with that exact charger, but the rates for non Ionity 350 kW chargers in the Porsche Charging service is stated as 0.35 Euro per kWh, plus 0.45 Euro per minute. Would come yo about 10 Euros by my view.

The charging rates can be seen in the Charging app.

But so far, card ordered late Nov, but expected delivery end of June. I have no clue of a production date so far.

According to the dealer (Kronos), they have an idea of the date but it is not set in stone until the production really starts. Before that, they can only give an estimate on a case per case basis.

Anyone have experiences with FastNED, especially Peutie West ?

For the second time in a row I get thrown off the chargers multiple times. Can only charge for 1-7min and than error. The charging rate is also low (75-150kW). I gave up after 5 tries
About 2 weeks ago I once got 220kW, but that was in the middle of the night (and Peutie East station not West).

Got 4% discount. Prices for sedan an CT have just been increased, ST not yet but expected to rise soon.
