Hoping someone can tell me how to modify my profile so auto regen is on every time I use my car. When I picked up the car and set up my profile settings I did not have that feature turned on. My dealer said to have the car on with key in the car, then turn auto regen on and press the set and #1 button on the door to update the profile. I have done this 100 times now and it does not stay. Ugh....please help.

AFAIK what you want to do is not possible. The auto regen setting, however, can be selected as part of the Individual drive mode configuration if you optioned Sport Chrono and have the drive mode select knob on the steering wheel. Even then, however, you need to turn the knob three times to get to Individual. This of course is no easier than just holding in the regen button every time you start the car to get it to auto but at least it customizes other drive settings along with it like chassis and throttle response.

Oh bummer so I have to turn it on every time. That stinks, thanks for the tip but yes you are right pressing the button on the wheel is easier.

Thanks

Speaks volumes about your dealer / sales rep - you can't save this setting (not part of the comfort settings set).

If you have Sports Chrono then you may be able to save auto regen as part of the Individual setting.

End of the day it's at your left thumb tip on the steering wheel - press and hold.

I hear you on the dealer! When I picked up the car it only had 48% charge. After the paperwork was done they spent 15 -20 mins on the car and that was it.
Thank goodness I spent 4 months watching every You Tube video I could find.

I drove my wife crazy! Now I find myself going back and watching again. I may be sleeping in my car soon if I don't stop:surprised:

Same boat. I’m pretty sure my wife’s quote was “If I tell you to just get the Turbo S will you agree to stop talking about the differences between it and the 4S and Turbo??”

Your dealer told you that you could store auto regen using the comfort button on the door? Jesus.

From one of the YT videos I watched, it says starting in MY22 you can store the auto regen option so you don't have to re-select it every time. I don't think it says how though, and just says it was possible.

She’s already tired of the Cayenne GT Turbo discussion and I haven’t got my allocation yet - hopefully in the next month or so :)
