I'm optioning a clockface at a mere £700.Sounds positive for the PDCC comparison at PEC, thanks for letting me know that.
I was also underwhelmed by the standard RaceTex interior, however I’ve not seen the GTS Racetex to compare it to.
I like the leather option, but agree it’s a safe and perhaps dull choice for the GTS.
I need to spend more time in a dealership looking at the different options first hand, as Images online don’t really help.
Ditto for the 4+1, I just need to have a proper look at both. I like the lack of headrest on the 4 seat option as it makes the rear cabin appear less cramped. The rear seats will seldom be used in this car. I’m 6’7”, so there’s unlikely to be any room for the middle passenger either, unless they are missing their right leg. You might be right on resale.
I’m often reassured when overtaking Volvos and I see the orange flash in their mirror that they won’t pull out on me, so I understand the LKA logic. For comfort assist, I will need to try it again at the dealership.
I’ve gone for ambient lighting, as you can’t have the ostentatious puddle lights without them…
The price of these (and all) new cars is now bonkers as you say, so in the grand scheme of things it wouldn’t be a problem to go all-in. On the other hand I find it easier to justify the cost overall if I’ve unticked a box and saved £500!
I'm not sure what to feel about that. I suppose I can instantly tell the time...
