Problem logging in to Taycan- new issue?

Hi all. Just hoped into me car and is said I was logged out. Attempted to clinic on my account name but it is greyed out. Can’t find any where to enter log in details to try and log back in.
Anyone else having this issue or can direct me to where the screen is to log back into the account?

It s the usual, more of same Porsche digital crappy customerexperience (PDCC). It's standard on all Taycans and you can't turn it off.

What worked for me a few times:
- lock the car, walk away for 10-20-30 mins (you don't need to keep walking, just stay away from the locked car). go back in. see if on the top right of PCM you see your account, or at least the sign "+ add account" to add your existing one. Also try to delete your account (*not deregister*) and do a "fresh" add new account

- sometimes a soft two finger PCM reset can also help (if your account stays greyed out)

Having this exact issue since day begore yesterday, in the middle of Italy.

Contacted the dealer, they say it’s the Porsche back end and they can’t do anything… Wait and endure…

Edit: could you check if the item “accounts” is visible in the settings screen. In my car it magically disappeared
