Source is where you select where you music is coming from. AM/FM/Siruis/Apple car play and so on.

Yep.....I understand the term Source, I'm a home audiophile nut however......'Source' is not appearing where it does in my other Pcar PCMs....now after software refresh.
So....it would make sense it would be under 'Media'....no?

Question: When you use the next channel button when you are on the "Favorites" as a "Source," does it now skip through your Favorites instead of all channels? If so, that at least would be an improvement from the peculiar configuration.

OK I see it...... the three dots to the right of FM, XM, AppleMusic.......that gives you the Source list......and then select 'Favorites'.....then find what you were looking for.
Must make sense to a German, I guess.

Just long press any of those sources and you can rearrange them however you want. Same thing works inside the favorites list.

After my MY21 was updated, so many things are better. I've stopped getting notifications about my SiriusXM subscription being updated.

The range showed much lower after charging, though.

Prior to the update, 85% was ~222 miles.
1st charge after the update, 85% was 158 miles.
2nd charge after the update, 85% was 181 miles.

All of the kWh/100mi numbers (this trip, since charge, forever) are all between 28 and 33, so the math doesn't quite work.

I'm hoping it will converge again after a few more charges.

I am not an expert but I believe your milage will get better again after driving and charging a few times. The first 1000 miles on my car was not good after each charge, I was thinking I made a mistake buying the car the range was so poor. Then things really changed for the better after I broke 1000 miles.
Maybe with resetting the PCM its like your driving data is starting all over again.

Is there any thread to get Android Auto to show up? I got the new update on my 2020 Turbo and when I connect my phone, my phone says "Android Auto, finish setup on device screen" but I can't seem to find anywhere on the PCM to do this? Anyone have the same?

Dropping off my 2020 4s tomorrow morning for the big update. Currently, I am on PCM ver.3397 (2021) so I'll be getting a lot of updates. I'll report back on how long the update took.

Update got done late yesterday and I picked up the 4s this morning. It took the dealership about 2 days.

Haven't had a chance to really soak in all the updates or notice a range increase. But first impressions... Awesome!!! Get this update! PCM is so slick and smooth now. Wireless Android Auto worked right off the bat. The updated interface makes my 2020 feel like a new car again.

Can I use Android auto wireless and car wireless hotspot at the same time? It seems like when Android auto uses wireless for communication, my phone is disconnected from car's hotspot and is using mobile data.

I can't get that app to work in the USA. I went through everything and couldn't find android auto. I have colored applications etc just no android auto

You have to unpair and pair your phone again. Also, you may need to enable/turn on Android Auto on your phone. But yes, there is now an Android Auto icon on my main PCM screen.

Same here. I tried, I couldn't move the "pointer" to invisible spots via the touchpad.
However, other improvements are awesome. now PCM is finally usable.

My TTS was updated last week. I have begun to notice regular screen blackouts. This was not happening before, but it seems to be happening regularly now. Especially when Apple Play is on and an event happens on my phone, like say I receive an IM in Teams.

Also, my range has not increased. I started a separate thread on this, but curious to hear if others have seen a bump in their range. Contemplating calling the dealer and asking what’s up.

Just updated my 22 CT TS (WNK1). It took ~3 hrs and applied without any issues. I had the coloured icons previously and cannot tell what has changed. Still cannot log in to PCM
