Assuming 8000 Taycans of all varieties get delivered to GB (the best quarter so far has seen <2000), and that 15% are GTS, would mean that each of the 40 non-PRG dealerships would get just under 2 a month on average.

That would fit with what I've been advised. Sytner Solihull should have received 1 GTS ST per month from September. To date.................none!

You need to factor in those (including me) who paid their deposit in 2021.

The dealer in Belfast had an order book of 18 last August.

Belfast is my dealership and I called in last month to discuss my order. While there I spotted (couldn't miss it) their showroom Carmine ST GTS and had a good look around. When I asked about delivery times, my SA was very upfront and said 2025 if you order now.

I ordered my in March 2022 and I received this email a couple of weeks ago.

"Just a quick update on your new car order!

We are currently awaiting an allocation for your order from Porsche GB, I would expect this to come through towards the back end of next year.

I will keep you updated with any news as it comes through from Porsche GB.

If you have any questions or queries in the meantime, please contact me."

So no real news, on a plus point I did my driving experience in the GTS ST and it was amazing. It really does have some power and the handling is amazing for such a large and heavy car.

The fake backfiring sounds are good too.

Thats a depressing thought. I've ordered a GTS saloon start of July. Was quoted 12-14 months but feel that this is an utter pipe dream the way things are looking.

Assume you're with Belfast as well. I don't know what the situation is with the GTS saloon but it was definitely the ST he was quoting so things might not be as bad with the saloon? 12-14 months could well be right and I've found they don't tend to deliberately exaggerate delivery times. It's just particularly wick at the moment.

There's talk of a fresh round of allocations coming next month so I'd advise giving them a call whenever that happens to see how the land lies and if they can update your delivery time estimate.

I was 3rd on the list apparently, with the OPC expecting just 1 GTS ST per quarter.

Luckily, the person in front of me cancelled their order at the last minute, leaving us with under a day to finalise spec!

The upside is I’m now expecting delivery mid-Nov, with completion in the factory estimated as 14/10.

I’m well aware that a lot can still happen to delay delivery, however I remain hopeful!

Yes Belfast indeed. I'm hoping there won't be too much of an excessive delay. Thinking about ordering something in the meantime like an EQS SUV to keep me going but probably same issues with fulfilment. Most long lead times on here do seem to be with the CT.

I suspect I won't be getting an allocation next month, but who knows!
