charging issues with the Porsche charger

Thanks about the max temperature for the charging cord.My info now says operating temperatures from -50 to+ 70 degrees Celcius.
those are ambient temps the cable is "safe" to operate in - the cable will never be -50C from "use"…

70C is quite toasty temperature wise for ambient air temp…

again 120F isn't really that hot for 9.6 kW while charging - again need to know the ambient temp since then we can calculate the delta-temp to know the rise in temp over ambient.

My garage is typically in the eighties F
so only a 40F temp rise above ambient - that is right in line with engineering EE tables for expected temperature rise at 240V/40 amps - 40F delta above ambient is in line with other EVSE's for the charging cord (unit to vehicle).
