Not one of the men, but yes they have found your post. I loaded my 4S CT up with performance and luxury items, I have to drive my kids to school every day and my youngest does autism therapies 3 days a week, so I have it specd for comfort and handling. Needed the CT for more rear headroom (my daughter is 13 and already 5' 8") and for running errands.
My son is 14 and but the same height, and the backseat is pretty tight for him. He’s expected to be 6’6” ish, so he may outgrow my car! He’ll be driving himself in his own vehicle soon, so I’m not worried. I’m also 5’8”, and my husband is 6’4”, and the front is super comfortable for us- haven’t tried sitting in the back yet! Perfect for my 8 year old though.

I think I read previously that the massage seats were a little more narrow (I could’ve made that up). I really like the way the 14 way seats hug your sides.

What else did you get that you really love? I bypassed a couple of potential upgrades to get the mission E wheels- my favorite part of the car’s exterior!

Me too… soon to be…. 2023 GTS on order, freeze date 25 Feb.
keep reading comments about different options and keep changing my mind. Would love to hear from the Women in the group:

Massaging Seats….?
4 Zone Climate Control…?
Burmester Radio…?
What color did you pick? I started with white exterior / black berry interior…. Just changed to coffee beige exterior/ basalt black w/atacama beige

I think my only regret is not getting the massaging seats. My teen drags me for leaving that option off. But I wasn’t sure what the seat felt like when the massager wasn’t in use. Prob should have optioned that and not the night vision ?
4 way climate was a must bc I have two younger kids in the back who love it freezing. And I find it annoying to adjust their climate. We have had a few cars with this and when they get into a car with no rear controls, they think it’s lame. So 4 zone was a must.
Burmester wasn’t an option bc my sa said it would delay production. The Bose stereo is great in my opinion but honestly I don’t have an ear for music so it’s all the same.
Volcano grey with chalk interior. I love my color combo and the chalk interior is more of a light grey, it compliments the grey exterior so nice. I think if I did things over though, I would have picked chalk exterior with black accents, wheels. The chalk interior is hands down my most favorite part of my car and I’m just so in love with it. The two tone grey and black inside is just super sleek. The only time the interior has gotten dirty is at the dealer. It always comes back with black fingerprints on the chalk. And I have to do a leather wipe down. Overall I love my mom-mobile and there’s no better feeling than the kids in the school drop off line cheering for the chance to open the doors.

I did all the performance upgrades, same as I did on my Cayenne, and 18 way seats, which unfortunately eliminate the massage option, but I specd those in my Cayenne and love them. What I have found when ordering any vehicle (but especially a Porsche, since there are so many options) is to spend the money on what matters to you, just because someone advises you to get a certain option, that doesn't mean you will like it. As far as exterior, I am Mamba Green, with Chalk (crayon)/black leather interior.
Thanks for the advice. Do you find the 18-way seats to be comfortable?

My Taycan is in the middle of the Atlantic currently, but after having my Cayenne for 2 1/2 years I knew that I would prefer the 18 way seats, the bolsters are pretty aggressive, but they are extremely comfortable. I skipped the roof rails and the 4 zone climate control (which is always turned off on the Cayenne because my son just plays with it) to get the 21" Cross Turismo design wheels, like the Mission E wheels on the sedan, I think they make the car. I will have to post an update once I get it, should be here before the end of the month.

Still waiting on my Taycan, should be here by the end of this month. I have the 18 way seats on my Cayenne, and once you get them dialed in, they are extremely comfortable.

Massage is only available on the 14-way comfort seats which are comfortable and supportive but not as high bolstered and tight as the 18-way sports seats.
As far as I can tell they are exactly the same as the 14-way just with the massage function added, so they feel exactly the same when the massager is off.
I prefered the comfort seats to the 18-way myself, they are still plenty supportive for reasonably sporty driving and definitely more comfortable for me, the whole family like them and there is competition to be front seat passenger and use the massage.

Are there any other women in this forum who own a Taycan? Just curious! I have a 2023 RWD ordered with November delivery (for now).
Hi! Fellow female, just about to confirm spec on a cross turismo 4S. Though I’m still floundering between a cross turismo and a 911 - I have to make the final call tomorrow and still none the wiser!

Yup! My 4S in Frozen Berry is about to go into production for an estimated late March delivery. Been wanting a sports car since I learned to drive, but ended up with a long line of "practical" hatchbacks, minivans, and SUVs instead. Kids getting older, and it's finally my turn for a little fun! I'm pretty nervous honestly, to own a car like this. I've joked about putting a little disposable glove dispenser in the door for any kid who needs a ride. For now I've been telling them they can ride, but "Keep your hands where I can see 'em at all times!" Should be interesting... :D.
I have a Frozen Berry as well. I want to order a new one, PTS. I love my Frozen Berry and I can't think of another color to top it

Thanks for the advice. Do you find the 18-way seats to be comfortable?
It’s not as simple as one seat being more comfortable that the other. While the 18 ways do offer more bolstering for lateral support during spirited driving, whether they are more or less comfortable than the 14 ways is more about body shape and where you prefer the seat to support you. I would highly recommend driving each before deciding. Also know that seats are not identical across models, so the 18 ways in a Macan, Cayenne, and Taycan are each a little different. I’ve owned a version of every seat Porsche offers and they all have pluses and minuses. That said, I much prefer the 18 ways in the Taycan myself.
