Anyone with a pending order notice TYD has changed now? It looks like its changed to the format everyone outside of the USA has. Maybe they realized TYD was unreliable lol.

Mine has changed at least, and my dates also got pushed back a few weeks lol. Original freeze date was 2/7/23 but hey whatever

+1 Noticed the change. I like it much better.
Freeze Date pushed back by 2 weeks (now Feb 27)
Estimated Delivery to Dealer date pushed back by 10 days (Apr 24)
Not so bad if these delays will hold and it arrives with a revised Heater part.

I guess not everyone gets the update just yet. I would love to see the new format. I have to pull up a julian day calendar to figure out my dates. And I did clear cache & stored data and it's still the old format.

Mine was a mess like the one above for about 3 days, and then magically this morning the new site appeared, along with a VIN! However, I can't Inspect the source for the manufacturing pictures anymore. Not that I'd think they'd be up yet, but I don't know how to incessantly check now. Any ideas?

I wonder if you can point out where the VIN# would be shown. I cannot see mine but I am about 10 days from the stated Freeze date.

I deleted the cookies for porsche.com login.porsche.com and trackyourdream.porsche.com and when I logged back in it fixed itself. There must be some data left on the client browser from the older site that's confusing it.

When I click on "View my order" all the information is there, including all my build specs... which are actually all correct and the car pic now matches, whew. Commission number, VIN, etc. You probably just have to be a little further along in the process. My production was supposed to start 2/10 and then it passed and everything pushed back a week, and now this morning, surprise! We can be midwesterner buddies while waiting :).

I was nervous because I changed one small aesthetic right before the freeze (gloss black mirror trim) and the pic never changed and the online build sheet just had a bunch of codes which were correct from what I could tell, but you never know.

I really think this heater issue is gonna stick us in the end though, unfortunately.

I am thinking the same thing. It finally seemed that 12V Batteries, Sound systems, and Sound Amp shortages were over, and then the winter hit the Heaters hard. I certainly do not want the original Heater part that would fail unless it is revised and stress tested as the original should have been. I also do not want it to be stuck at ports waiting for the Heater part either, but I am sure this is out of our control, so let this push back by 10 days at a time game begin.

My browser rendering was also a mess... undefined object error making it unusable in Safari; passable in Chrome. Deleted cache and it's still the old format for me.

Not that you can really time an order perfectly... but I thought I was doing well all things considered. My TYD dates were pulled in by two weeks with production start date still scheduled for tomorrow! Definitely going to get delayed by this heater issue...

When did you order? Its ironic, on the day the website switched i inquired with my SA about adding the 150kw/400V option but decided not to. The paranoid side of me thinks him messing with the ordering moved my dates up but the logical part of me knows this is all an expected delay from Porsche that has seemingly affected everyone.

Well, this is exciting, when I go to the new track your dream site, new updates and dates showing that my car has completed production! As of yesterday, all dates were different and out of sync. Hoping this new update is accurate.

But for all of us in this window of freeze and production, the heater issue is still up in the air. From what I have anecdotally seen on this forum the cars may get delivered to the dealer but have a stop sale until the heater is updated/installed? I don't know how accurate that is vs being held at the port until this issue is resolved. Hopefully cars are coming out of the factory now with the updated part, but who knows?

Regardless, seeing production complete is a great feeling and starting to get me excited. I have still held off on ordering accessories, ie clear corner markers, spare wheel, etc. . . in fear of jinxing things, lol.

Now that the site is updated, I am having trouble figuring out how to get production images similar to what @annieland is facing. I have followed the instructions on the thread with the instructions, but the search term/url for "orders" is no longer matching with anything and I'm unable to figure out where or how to look. I'm not a network engineer and barely figured out the process before when searching for the pictures, but now nothing is working. Any assistance or instruction to find these pictures with the new site would be greatly appreciated. I assume they will show up on the my porsche site/app eventually, but who wants to wait!

11/7/2022 with freeze date of 12/8/2022. All options fulfilled from what I can tell. Who knows if the heater is good/bad. I vacillated regarding the 21" CT wheels and 20" turbo aero S. Columbus roads are horrible and I have damaged many tires/wheels on my commute. I asked my dealer if I could get the satin black turbo aero S, and he was unable to do so. But my build sheet says turbo aero S in satin black? I guess I will see.

I put out an SOS this morning on the production pics thread, but I'm sure people have better things to do than hack a webpage so I can see a pink car on the line ?. I'm being optimistic that with this nice new TYD design the production pictures might be incorporated into it soon!

I just updated my little calendar dragging the milestones UP this time. But my instinct is our cars won't get the updated heater on the line... it's going to sit. Seems every Taycan owner/purchaser is part of Generation battery/bose/heater/strike etc. If I was in a rush to get this car I wouldn't have ordered it, and I enjoy the anticipation, and for now I'm happy to wait for a working heater because I do NOT want to experience the horrors we've read about all winter. If July rolls around and I still don't have my car, I reserve the right to change my attitude hehe.

I have still held off on ordering accessories, ie clear corner markers, spare wheel, etc. . . in fear of jinxing things, lol.
And this is SO me. I have at least a half-a-dozen tabs open with various shopping carts waiting to check out. But just can't do it! So far I've bought ONE "accessory," which came today... new sunglasses to match the car. They're usable even if the car never comes, right?
