i'm honestly confused by this - EA has factually proven they lack any ability to actually monitor or know the actual status of their charging infrastructure - and often times their own staff can not accurately determine station status or effectively evaluate current status.

their goals are excellent -but they have never demonstrated any of these abilities.

hmmmmmm…

Are they putting themselves out of business or just raising the barrier to entry for competitors so that they have more time to rebuild their unreliable infrastructure?

Probably raising the bar to limit competition.

I can see them asking for a gradual ramp up of the requirements (or just pay the fines / fees), such as having at least 1 charger working (even with reduced functionality and charged rates) make a specific charge site be 'online and available'. Available being one person can charge at 38kw while everyone waits...
