How do you prevent scratches from your dog on the leather seat?

Hi there,
I am waiting for my new Taycan with 2+1 seat at the rear. I would love to enjoy the new ride with my 2 kids + my dog. However, I hope not to see any scratches from my dog. Is there any suggestions? Any seat covers which can fit the Taycan perfectly?

In my Z3 (two seat roadster), my golden retriever used to go in the passenger seat. Real leather (not the crap they put nowadays in cars) would handle that easily. No scratches at all in 10 years.

But that was real leather back then.

I would get one of those waterproof thick dog mats.

And good luck with the fur. My regular car wash guy would throw his hands up whenever I was close by "I hope you're not coming in today" ?

The best solution that really works well for me, especially after trying multiple other solutions in various cars I’ve owned, is simply to use the wife’s car instead.

I bought a car seat cover from Orvis. It came with two door protectors as well. Its worked perfectly to avoid scratching

Here's the rear seat cover I've been using for a year now in preference to the previous one I bought that cost 4 times as much- the only way the new one isn't superior to the original is that it can't be configured to only cover half the rear seats. (I have a Cross Turismo but I like to have our Bull Terrier near me in the car, especially on anything but the briefest journeys).

Hello, is it real leather or vinyl?
If the dog is free, you should also thing about door panel and other panels.
