Find something you like in stock, be aggressive on the price, and do your best to get the highest trim possible in your budget. Dealers with stock want it out the door, it’s a buyers market.

I personally wouldn’t worry about that at all… just a lightly scratched exterior panel from what I see. There’s a lot of protection there. Enjoy the car ?

I wonder if you could just buy a used pre-facelift rear bumper off of eBay and replace… not that expensive.
