21-inch Cross Turismo Design summer wheel: only for CT ?

I am considering these wheels for (next) summer, however wheel-configurator limits the availability only for CT models (I have a ST).

Any clue why it would fit only CT ?

Disclaimer that I don't know anything, but looking at that example CT-only tire, and the Spyder tire that's not available on CT, but on ST and sedans, they look like they have all the same measurements and specs other than ZR and R tires?

yeah, just dont do any wheel option and buy the summer wheel package with the design wheel.

They don’t only fit CT - just only available from the factory on a CT.

This is pure Porsche Marketing. They consider this wheel design serves the "Cross Country spirit" purpose of the CT. This is why they're not proposed to the sedan or ST which have a "Sport" image.

You can order them separately at your dealer.

I did order the winter 20rims turbo s in black for my CT (and it is supposed to be only available for the GTS).

My dealer didn't say anything specific so I guess you could very well order the CT 21rims for your summer set (and yes they will fit your ST).

It’s the same as the Carbon wheel….without the carbon.

The dealer may well not want to sell it to you.

I wanted the GTS standard wheels for my winter tyres but my dealer didn’t want to order them for my CT.

The only limitation is 19” wheels with big brakes.

Why did they refuse? I ordered the GTS winter set (black one in '20) for my CT and the dealer didn't flinch. Maybe he didn't notice I was driving a CT

I think you will find that this is a Porsche marketing, majority of wheels can be fitted unless there is a brake disc size clash.

Some manufacturer, not just Porsche put restrictions by way of chasis number and parts ordering system, it may slightly differ from dealer to dealer and country, I think it’s a way to restrict owners fitting parts from other models i.e. a non GTS to a GTS. Not sure if it’s an attempt to steer customers to by a particular model for exclusivity. Lamborghini and Ferrari are famous for it.
