Same here. Selling it for half the price is actually not bad. Not being able to sell it at all is what bothers me. Plus it is not a massively popular type of vehicle like SUVs. I am looking into leasing options for preowned dealership Taycan so I can return it in few years.

The 360 isn’t brilliant. I’d like to see a new showing BOTH wheels. My old disco did it and that was very useful.

HUD - nice to have. But not essential, I occasionally turn it off when driving on unlit roads as I find it distracting with the info displayed on such roads not useful.

Extended leather would be a must for me.

PDCC & RWS - I looked for one with both. Not essential though.

PDLS+ that would be a must for me.

I have the sports seats. But would prefer the comfort seats with massage. I wish I had ventilated seats too.

CT’s are more saleable and looks better to my eye.

4S I think is the sweet spot (mine is a turbo and is probably too quick)

I love all the assistance systems which I wanted all of. Inodrive is upgradable to if it has adaptive cruise.

And these Matrix headlights are such a game changer? Was not thinking About that to be fair.
Oh well… it all depends if you often drive at night. They’re amazing. PDLS+ is a must, matrix is a nice to have.

Does the hud have any other features then just speed and marks? Maybe navi showing or something like that?
Yes it also shows Navi and you can configure other things too. Power, radio, telephone. I like it. But like mentioned above if you find one without I would go for that one if it is just the HUD that is missing. Not many have a HUD on the second hand market. For a new one I would take it again.

Well that is the question related to any luxury ev, MB, Audi, but maybe also lucid etc. The fact is this is question what i am asking myself all day. I normaly keep cars max 5 years, if I will be able to sell it for half a price o bought it. Will be happy. Check the other porsche - still quite keep value compared to others
If you buy it second hand for a good price that may be the case. If you buy it new you can sell your Taycan for 50 % of the new price after owning it for a year or two. It crazy how the prices go down.

Thank you. Well new one is not afforable for me. Plus the lost of value is incredible, thats the reason for looking for second hand.

Not often over night, i would say maybe 10% of drives.
I have pdls + because matrix was temporarily unavailable. I had a loaner with matrix and it does make a very noticeable difference at night. Pdls + is fine but for a new car I would take matrix. Same as what I said about HUD. If the car doesn’t have pdls + you should be able to order it online as function on demand.

Good choice I think. Just make shure you have Porsche warranty and it would be good the Porsche dealer is not to far away.

I was very specific in my wants but sensitive to prices too.
I wanted matrix lights but they were unavailable when i got mine and the dealer said PDLS+ is an expensive option on most Porsches and is very good, I haven’t tried matrix nor do I drive at night as much as I used to but I would say the lights are very good. I take issue with the car’s choice of when to automatically raise and dip but this is easily over ridden.

I decided HUD was more expensive than it is worth for me, I have it on one car and found it faintly useful but don’t miss it at all on the Taycan.

I got the 3D cameras and appreciate the side lighting and side view but am quite capable of parking with no camera at all, having done so most of my life so not essential at all.

Actually as somebody who has been driving since 1967 the majority of “features” are unimportant luxuries to me, rather than essential!

Of the things I personally chose the ones I and my family appreciate most are the 14 way comfort seats with ventilation and massage.
I appreciate as a driver the torque vectoring which is even more effective than I expected. I also have rear wheel steering and active anti roll bars on my CT4S which on the bumpy twisty roads where I live seemed more important than more power, I don’t get chance of full throttle often.
