Yeah, should have added *engage sarcasm before my post. Dry wit does not always come across on a forum

The SU7 already has the Taycan refresh applied!

A simple google for “Taycan refresh” finds a lot better sites with photos than the ones that get posted here for some reason.

Try these: https://www.motorauthority.com/news/1137545_2025-porsche-taycan-spy-shots

The front bumper gets some folds and pinches in keeping with the current trend, and those vents look like functional brake cooling vents. Don’t know what’s up with those rear vents. Also, the new headlight with 4 spots is pictured alone and actually active on the car.

Still a step backwards IMO. The front end looks like a Nissan, not a Porsche.

I have no issue with competition, however China is a communist country who have no issue with stealing technical data, treating their citizens as slaves (working for slave wages) and doing everything in their power to destroy the free world.

We have not helped since a number of US companies have chosen to open assembly plants in China (I’m typing this on an iPad), also as a Heart Attack survivor a number of the medications I take daily come from China. What happens one day if they say sorry we’re halting production of these pills? Sorry to be so political…

Well, America made Cina strong. Cina is a different World compared to West.
They will sell product to us ( Europe and America) while they buy our companies and become stronger and stronger. They will at some point rule the World and take over America. when the Dollar will not be the currency of the known World Cina will be the only Country to rule and America will suffer, like Europe, of inflation and deflation without the option of printing more currency. That will be the very last Chapter of the story.
Enjoy your Taycan till it last…

Keep telling yourself that, but the real world is that I see a 911 maybe once a week, and the neighborhood is full of Macons and Cayennes. THIS is what the face of Porsche looks like today:

Those resemble Porsches, not Nissans. Nice attempt at creating some kind of narrative though.

New Taycan should get a big boost in range - it may look the same but it will be far more usable
That might be important to some people. It’s not important at all to me since 99.9% of my driving is around town. 250 miles is plenty of range for my needs.

Very unlikely if you're talking about MY25 refresh. Maybe MY30 or MY35 with some new smaller and lighter battery tech, but even then Porsche prefers to build lighter cars, so if current range is sufficient for most customers, the car will just get lighter - better handling, faster acceleration.

1,000lbs lighter and 1,000 miles extra range would be just perfect. Okfine, I’ll settle for 100 miles extra. ?
