Hmm. This might require a dealer visit. I see no such option in the PCM. The closest thing is "Porsche Charging Planner", which is enabled.
PCM > Charge > < . . . > > Options > Activate Plug and Charge checkbox

This was the key. I didn't think anybody would be cruel enough to hide things that should go in a navigation tab behind a <...> button way over in the corner, because that is a very inconsistent UI.
