Porsche Taycan 4S perfect lowering with droplinks

Such a hater. Same comment on any thread about lowering a Taycan.

Who has actually had to replace their battery due to a lowered suspension?

If you have air suspension on your car, you can purchase adjustable links and simply reverse the process of lengthening and shortening the front/rear links…..do the reverse of adjusting the links to lower the ride height. This will actually raise your suspense in each setting.

I just spoke with my service advisor at Porsche and he said he had experience with a Taycan owner which lowered his suspension and it then damaged all four of his height sensors which meant he had to remove the aftermarket links and buy 4 new height sensors which cost over $1000.
He is not sure if the same damage will occur to the height sensors when raising the vehicle but he said any use of non Porsche parts would void the warranty of the subsystem, in this case the suspension.
Porsche has no options to raise or lower the ride height using Porsche parts. So, I guess I just have to be careful pulling in/out of my garage or buy a new house. I’m leaning toward buying a new house closer to the beach…

The correct choice here is to buy new house with a driveway that isn't so steep.

Although, initially more work than just purchasing end links the best option would be to purchase PIWIS and lower the car that way. You can raise and lower the car as you please without having to get underneath the car ever again!

Yes, a good excuse to buy another house to park my Taycan. I surely can’t live without it!
