Im starting the process of searching for a Turbo S or GT.
There is already inventory sitting so I suspect there will be incentives for these in the near figure.

Problem with Turbo S is 80% of them are Oak Metallic Green.

I want a Sky Metallic Purple or a PTS.

I noticed the Oak Metallic Green Turbo inventory as well, most with the now less attractive Mission E wheels.
Would suggest a GT instead, the front shovels look to have been designed with the body color spoiler panel, then that piece left off the Turbo.

I recall reading that the initial factory-spec 2025 Taycans for dealer inventory all lack Porsche Active Ride, and are either the oak green (non-GT) or the sky purple (GT). So regardless of whether you like oak green, isn’t the bigger problem that it will lack PAR?

Just curious, how much does a topaz treatment cost? I’ve seen their YouTube videos and they seem to be very high end. Just wondering how much more they charge just because of their reputation.

Full PPF (ex diffuser) £5250+VAT (£5750+VAT if satin)
Ceramic to body £599+VAT
Ceramic to alloys and calipers £200+VAT
Ceramic to glass £100+VAT
Remove and reapply rear badges £100+VAT
No Decals

Total £6249+VAT or (£6749+VAT If satin)

Comes with a 10-year parts and labour warranty. About the same price as I paid a different firm four years ago to treat my Turbo S, so not exorbitant.

Is this Bristol OPC by any chance? Identical one in their show room yesterday with a half disassembled leather steering wheel ?
That’ll be mine. Steering wheel being refinished in leather.

Beautiful!
It looks blue in certain lighting.
Another reason I love this color is the metallic flake. Not many Porsche colors are metallic or pearl effect

If I go with the Audi Performance, I have requested this color with Audi Exclusive. Waiting to see if it's possible

I was not sure whether I picked the right color but when it finally arrived few weeks ago it looked much better than I expected.
Very happy so far with the car itself.

Drove the 2025 Taycan Turbo S

TL;DL I dont see the value over the upgraded J1 Turbo S.

I wasn't impressed with the power increase, but I loved the Active Ride. I would say it's the the biggest difference between the current J1 platform and the J1 II.
Because I have the Redshift Performance upgrade on my RS E-Tron GT, it's pretty quick and responsive so I wasn't blown away by the power increase of the Turbo S. Yes is much faster on launch (938hp) but it's not like I couldn't breath or I was going to faint from the power. I thought the new Turbo S would ruin my car for me, but it didn't.

In Normal mode the suspension felt very compliant. I took it through some twisty roads and felt the Active Ride. That was impressive.
Also under heavy braking the active suspension kept it planted.
The Entry mode is VERY useful for entry and exciting the car. Soft close is lovely

I did the launch control to feel the full 938hp. I hit around 120mph, but I didn't take my breath away that much more than my car.
Is Sport Plus it felt very responsive, but not that much more responsive than my car after the tune. I didn't do Push to Pass

The Turbo GT looks way better with the aero kit. I love how it looks.
Because you have to lease these cars, the numbers are absolutely atrocious! Both the Turbo S and Turbo GT have a 44% residual and a 8.38% APR for the money factor. It makes it impossible to lease these unless Porsche offers $80k off the car and a subvented MF.

Not sure who would get these cars in the US unless money is no object, but that wont be a volume play for Porsche.

The Turbo GTs front is mouth watering
