Hello everyone, I’m new here. Owning a Taycan has always been a dream of mine ever since it debuted and I’m finally getting the face-lifted version Q1 of next year. Has any of you gotten the face-lifted Taycan yet? Do share any experiences and advises albeit pre-facelift and face lifted. Cheers.?

If you don't hate the intelligent speed assistant per se and turn it off every time, you can set it to "with tolerances" - which is remembered between drives, and that is the good thing.

This will give you some wiggle room before the warning comes on. For example at 53,1 kph instead of 50,1 kph.

I find that acceptable. Of course the data is not always correct, so you do get the beeps, but they stop soon enough to be bearable in my opinion.

Regen mode is now just one setting, which is remembered between drives. I set it to auto, which will regen based on the distance to the car in front, so if you get too close it will regen more (not to a full stop). I had that in my Ioniq 5 and found it very nice. Not sure if that is coupled with ACC being installed though.

The car will tell you when the charger is limiting the speed, which is nice to know when things go slow.

At least in Europe you can filter the charging networks displayed on the map - not sure yet if that also affects the route planning.

I'm two weeks into the ownership and directly on a road trip, so I try to keep things working and haven't messed around too much ?

@MSCC Simple advice - Drive, make excuses to drive, repeat, and enjoy!
