^ So that means, upon arriving for the recall appointment, might be just a relatively short wait at the dealer for the SW installation, or could instead be without the car for a week or so while waiting for the cell swap.
The TSB for remedy of this recall is not out yet. For existing recalls for battery short circuits, batteries are sent to an outside contractor in Oklahoma for battery module replacements.

Learnings from reading HV short circuit battery recall information for 22-24 Audi etrons, published on NHTSA:

Audi owners will be notified in November.​
The diagnostic software remedy available "by the end of first quarter 2025".​
For Audi etrons with OTA monitoring activated, owners need do nothing until remedy is available, or they are notified by Audi that HV battery modules need to be replaced.​
For Audi etrons without OTA monitoring activated, owners are requested to take vehicle in to dealer to have vehicle data collected and sent to Germany for review. Data collection involves charging to 100% and collecting data after 6 hours, and then again after 66 hours. (72 hours total time.) If battery is ok, car is scheduled for further dealer data collections every 90 days. Any further data collections do not require 72 hours. If testing indicates battery is faulty, modules will be replaced.​
Remedy TSB indicates dealer will do battery module replacement, if required, rather than shipping battery to outside contractor for repair.​

Note: Although Audi HV battery short circuit recall is similar, no indication that Porsche will handle Taycan recalls the same way.

I am also at recall-zero for the moment!

Now, I don't have a NEMA 14-50 plug...and I'm waiting to see if the HV recall hits me...but for the moment I am gruntled with my Taycan.

Wasn't your Taycan in one of the earlier HV battery recalls? If so, did it get resolved - how did that go?

I will point out; that at least in Switzerland, with 0 recalls active, Porsche Swiss called me to inform me to bring my car to service in December for additional work on the battery, despite all battery recalls having been done.

I suspect that either more modules failed since, and they saw it via OTA data, or it's for the software that is supposed to limit battery at 80% when stuff happens, and I'll be one of the very first adopters of this

TL;DR: You're not safe from battery work even with 0 recalls ?

@PNWTaycan4S Checked NHTSA recalls lately?
ARB7 has just shown up on VINs for some of us. ;)
Still shows no recall as of November 28th. Perhaps something additional to give thanks for! (Although I'm guessing it will be part of the recall for the software update...)
