So this is a trickster?

I've read about plenty of happy Fidelity customers at both Porsche and Audi R8 forums. There's been variable mention of members using fidelity for extended warranty with reasonable pricing and minimal hassle for claims. Can anyone confirm if this is referring to the company based out of Deerfield Florida? I'd like to compare to what Porsche Dealer might offer. 22 RWD owner here with 26K miles and intention to keep until 100K. Love the car! So far I've had internal alarm sensor replaced within the first month, heater recall, and recent charging error fixed with dealer software update.
I've had a similar experience. Must not be good business for them if they're not interested. On Wednesday I contacted ten Porsche dealerships for pricing on their extended service plans.
So far (i.e., by end of business on Thursday) I have received pricing from only two of those ten dealerships.
Agreed!Once my optional vehicle service plan is in effect, I'm interested in the details of the plan coverage (see post #32) and the reliability of the service provider.
At that point, who the sales agent was and how responsive they were is not important.
