I had similar and my dealer's collision shop fixed it to near perfect. I did not want to leave my car with them so I removed the wheel, put that side on a jack, and took the wheel over and it was done in 2 days, put it back. I am happy to find a thread of a step by step on how I did it.

It was $150 and mine was a lot worse with the black and the exterior color paint scraped. They are authorized Porsche shop so they have specific equipment and color matching. My trusted collision shop did not want to attempt it for those reasons. I would certainly would not take it to just a wheel repair shop. I did it once on a Macan wheel and the color matching was really bad and they messed up the TPMS sensor that I had to pay dealer to replace.

I scuffed one of my all gloss black Gen 2 Mission E rims a couple of weeks ago and it was far more noticeable than yours as I took the powder coating off the face of the spoke below where you scuffed yours. A full strip to bare alloy and new powder coating and lacquer to OEM spec is costing me £70 plus vat in the UK. In the interim I touched it in with some BMW gloss black touch up and it was hardly noticeable. I would be inclined to touch yours in and see how you fee about after a couple of weeks.
