Key Battery is OK. Tried to open door with manual key. Key will rotate thru 180 degrees, but no click to open door. Any thoughts?

There is a procedure in the manual once you have opened the door but needs a booster battery which you connect first to the fusebox in the driver footwell which allows you to open the bonnet with the key then connect the booster to lugs under the cover at the back of the bonnet opening which resets the 12V battery and in my case then allowed me to start my car. I drove it straight to the dealer since it was booked in for a service but they found nothing wrong :(

If the 12 Volt was not on a CTEC Lithium charger or similar then in the cold weather it is highly likely that it needs charging. Search for post to explain how to do this such as:
Cheat sheet: How do I recover my Taycan if it dies because of the 12 volt problem
Wait??! What???

The car doesn't maintain the 12V battery automatically when left plugged in to an AC charger?!

(New owner here so apologies if this is blindingly obvious to everyone else!)

Laughably bad from Porsche if so....

In principle it does from the 800V battery even when not plugged in but several people, myself included, have had an unexplained dead 12V battery in my case after 9 days not using it over Christmas and despite having over 70% in the 800V battery.

My car also had lost the ability to access the log the garage wanted to download from it.

Yes seems to be buggy. The main battery is meant to charge the 12 Volt battery up to eight times when it drops below a certain level for up to 30 mins each time - in the cold this is sometimes not enough if the car is left for a longish period. I have only had a problem once in nearly two years but charge the 12 Volt now if I leave it over a week just to make sure. I have a battery jumper pack in case I am away.
