Looks great. We test drove the launch spec green turbo S today and looked at demo vs. new options. The spec is close enough for us, and there are around 20 cars to choose from just in California. We’re negotiating with a few dealers…
There is a lot to like in that launch spec. My local dealer had one and I drove it last summer and just fell in love with the Oak Green Metallic. I very nearly pulled the trigger on one then. I had to go to Atlanta to get the allocation for this one, and it took almost a year from the time I first configured it. What did you think of the green in person?

We like the Oak Green Metallic Neo Turbo S, but don’t like the white wheels. However those are the easiest thing to change. We have owned a green 09 Boxster S since 2010, and it’s a similar shade. I’m planning to get a set of RS Spider wheels.

The wheel color on the launch completely perplexed me. Horrible

Adding a late congrats! I thought I had the “greenest” car in the neighborhood but now there are two of us! Porsche Beaverton actually has a Taycan Turbo S the same color so I thought your car was from there but theirs has… the original wheels ?

Hey there! I've seen your CT4S around the neighborhood for a while. It's beautiful, and I think you still have the "greenest" car in the neighborhood with the gorgeous Mamba green.

And yes, the Oak Green Turbo S at Beaverton Porsche is still there in their inventory (since August of 2024). They really wanted to sell me that car, but I just didn't want to settle for the black interior, and some other specs, on that car (wheels - blech...!), even though it was close. I had been waiting since May of 2024 for them to get an allocation for a Turbo S. But by November it was clear they weren't going to get one, so I had to go to Hennessy in Atlanta, to spec my own.

It's actually in the shop in Beaverton getting new CT design wheels in neodyme with summer tires put on. I'll post some pics when I get it back. Those were the wheels I really wanted, but Porsche wouldn't let me spec them on the build.

Thanks for the congrats. I'll see you around the neighborhood, maybe at Champaign Poetry!

Lovely car! What’s Porsche Active ride like?
I took the car with my family down Hwy 101, Memorial Day weekend, then back up to Portland through the Redwoods. It's really hard to describe the AR as anything but awesome! It was most noticeable on the really tight curves through the Redwoods, and less so on the longer curves on Hwy 101. Maybe it was because of the quick change of direction in the curves there as well. It's also just a very comfortable ride in general.

I haven't driven a non-active ride Taycan enough to do a real comparison, but I've been driving a Macan for the past week and really notice the difference there. I'm not a big Macan fan anyway. But in my view the AR is a must spec.

Interestingly, my wife was most impressed by the Burmester audio. She is not a big fan of the tight curves!

Are you mainly driving on Normal mode? Have you used it is Sport or Sport+ to feel the difference with PAR?

I mainly drive in Normal mode with my wife in the car. I can push to Sport or Sport + with just my daughter in the car (just passed her driving test yesterday!!!). But I haven't been able to test it in Sport or Sport + very much on curves. I wonder if it makes a difference if you just change the chassis mode to Sport while otherwise in Normal mode?

Hoping to get out on some curves this weekend and plan to try it out in Sport, Sport +.

Thank you. I still love the ride quality in my Turbo S with PDCC, and would love to see how AR moves this on. I hope you get some great trips in your car.
