Dealer asking $80k. Supposedly this is close to their cost. Friend is sales mgr of sister dealership.
What's the lowest feasible price on this? Buy or lease? Corporate car.

No. Waiting to get more info on pricing. Dealer is not a Porsche dealer. Car is not CPO. Looking at lease and monthly is brutal. If I get it, I may just buy it and sell it when warranty expires.

@luvchampagne , have you done any nationwide searching for comparable cars? CT's are fetching some premium due to later availability and that first years availability falling during pandemic shortages, so very limited numbers of them available. However, I would still look at comparable sales. Might want to wait for the build sheet (or pay VIN Analytics a few bucks to get the original Mulroney sheet, with all the options and MSRP) as Taycans can really vary in price. A 2022 4S CT might have been $90K MSRP, or $140K - depending on options. In the US there was the $7.5K federal tax rebate too (no income limits back then).

Been searching on Carguru nationwide and not seeing better deals. All much higher mileage or $5k to $10k higher with performance package. Was hoping now was the good time. Not looking like it.
Running the #s, warranty runs out in 2026 so after that, resale will only fall faster.

Been looking for something similar myself. The price looks good to me compared to what’s out there. CT’s are hard to come by. I’m assuming you can buy and extended warranty for around 5k and essentially make this a CPO. PM me the dealer info if you decide not to make a move.

This spec is relatively with low equipment, not sure why you say the lease is brutal, you might have been dealing with brutal dealers - a new MY2025 base lease would be $800-$900/m on 24 month with 4-5k drive off in the LA/San Diego area, i would never get a used from a non Porsche dealer at this price.
If you specifically looking for a CT there is a great deal on a New ("Demo") 147k msrp for $1199/m 24 month lease with 4000 drive off.

“No performance battery”
All CT builds have the larger battery.

“Base MSRP $110,300"
But what’s the as-built MSRP?
I never bothered paying for the original sticker during my search, since if the dealer is incapable of providing it, then no way I am going to have anything to do with that dealer.
But a rough rule of thumb is half off the original MSRP. Add a bit for CT, and add a bit more for only 11k miles. Also budget for paying ~$4k for an extended vehicle service plan from Safe-Guard via whatever Porsche dealership will give you the best price.
If you’re not picky about options, you can do way better, like this:
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2021-porsche-taycan-4-cross-turismo-3/
Or give $70k to this poster before it’s too late:
https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/whats-reasonable-asking-price.28542/

“73D Supply Cable for NEMA 14-30 Electrical Socket”
Just keep in mind that the default is 14-50.
So if you actually have a 14-50 you plan to use, budget for buying either the 14-50 Porsche pigtail or some other brand’s EVSE.

“9R1 Night Vision Assist”
Ooh, rare!

“KM2 On-Board 150 kW/400V DC Charger”
Use for Tesla Magic Docks and the broader TSCN V3 access coming soon to a decade near you.

“P49 Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)”
Good, can’t be taken for granted.

“P4Y Premium Package”
Good, but not Tech Package, and looks like no HUD (which some people don’t like, but I sure do).

Q1J Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18-way) with Memory Package
Opinions are divided on this (as opposed to the 14-way seats).

Also no roof rails, so can't attach a rack or cargo box.
And no 2+1 seating, although the only drawback of that is 60/40 split instead of 40/20/40 (since putting three people in back would be kind of crazy).

Thx.
The 10k mile car is local and $10k more than the 33k mile with the $142k sticker.
Thx for the link to the guy selling his CT. Unfortunately it is bare spec and not a 4S.
Although at that price, maybe I can live with a 4 vs. 4S?

My 2022 4CT is definitely slower than my wife's 2023 i4 M50, which I understand is about as fast as the 4S.
I never have any need for the power of either car, although the fastest I can drive on a regular basis in northern New England is about 80. Whenever I do try to pass a slow-moving car on a two-lane secondary highway, even with my slow 4CT, I find myself almost immediately driving far too much in excess of the speed limit. You're used to a 911, although then again, depending on trim, maybe even a humble 4CT is faster, I have no idea?

When I bought a CT back in Dec, yes, they had a premium. I was only looking at the CT 4 base model. The S was more expensive. Generally speaking, an excellent deal is 50% off the MSRP.

A few other things:

* There were only about 20 CTs on the market nationwide at any moment.
* Colors were not priced at a premium, but they went FASTER. Usually sold in one week. (They were even more exclusive.)
* I did not buy a CRO, but I did ask the dealer to take it to the local Porsche dealer and do a 110 point inspection and tell me what recalls were done and not done.

I know a lot of people won't buy a non-CRO, but honestly, if the vehicle passes the 110pt inspection, the CarFax is clean and it's on warranty, why not? I've doubled my miles since Jan (now 18k miles) and I've only had one issue: I got an error message and that was handled by the warranty. Had it not been, it would have been $1k.
