About once a week for me. Also a 21 Turbo S CT.
I'm having this issue, using the built in Navigator and rout planner for long trips, it's starts doing it 30min into the ride and then more and more frequent. Works fine if I use Android Auto. Definitely feels like a heat management problem in the PCM (processor for rout planning or GPS). Emailed Porsche locally (Stockholm) to get data and/or to read out heat logs for them. But no reply. There must be a heatsink or fan that fails or faulty design of the circuit board in the PCM? Anyone look into the actual cause?

Just out of date ECU software versions and PCM version.

What's the latest version?
Of the PCM? 4578. But they won't install it.
They'll only install 3885.
For the ECUs, no specific numbers, and too many ECUs. There is a service bulletin for 2020 and 2021 to update the ECUs to same version as 2025 cars - my car went through it - not sure why the campaign covers only 2020 and 2021 cars however (the bulletin was updated in August for the latest ECUs versions)

Following the updates I got, the PCM is quite a bit more responsive - shockingly almost instant when it doesn't have to rely on a internet connection for something.

The cameras live video is quite a lot more clear, whatever post processing they are doing on the assistance ECU has definitely been improved.

Mine just came back from a dealer update. Reversing camera hugely improved

Its not a PCM update that does that, its an update to the assistance systems ECU
Ah interesting. Not checked any versions, it just came back from the ARB06 update at the OPC.

Thats why I never had issues with the reverse camera and some did? Just bad ECU? Wow…

No. Updated code in the ECU to improve the picture. ECU the same.

For the people interested only in the camera feed quality issue - the bulletin says it's to be installed only upon customer complaints of intermittent camera issues (not working / black)

This is the assistance control unit software update from whatever else version to 0385 bulletin:

Advice from my own experience, on ECU updates, it to request it from smaller dealerships willing to please people to gain clients. It's 6h+ of work if everything works the first time.

And of course, have as many complaints about the PCM as possible, with pictures - so they can invoice it to porsche.

My car was away for 2 days for everything to be updated.
