EA Free Charging over - Anyway to Pass+ Membership?

Hi all -

My Porsche EA free charging contract is over. I got my first invoice and saw I was charged for .72c per kWh at a station I used. I want to get EA Pass+ which is 25% off rates at EA chargers but I have a few questions.

Is it possible to get this with Porsche Plug & Charge? I can't seem to find any option on the subscription settings when I go to my account info. I just see 'Porsche Charging Service' but nothing beyond that which is already a free service.

Separately, if I can't do the above, can I just disable Plug and Charge and then pay for EA Pass+ via their App and just activate chargers via the App going forward and get it that way?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can disable plug-and-charge via the in-car PCM, so your fallback plan should work. I'd start by calling up EA customer support and asking.

It worked for me as well. Only oddity is that it still bills back thru Porsche.

Weird. Invoices through Porsche despite you disabling plug and charge and paying for EA Pass+?

I disabled plug and charge, and used the EA app to start the sessions. It automatically refilled my account once it falls below the threshold by charging the credit card I have linked to the EA app.
