Dann, should have looked more closely. My car is currently in for a reseal of the panorama glas roof and some software updates to be returned to me this week. Guess I will be on 3885 then.

pCM 3885 is not doing much.

For actual improvements you guys need to request your ECUs to be updated - many hours of service time to bill to porsche central if they can find a reason to do it

Indeed. A bit like the potential 'thermal event' when they realised they'd sold everyone duff batteries but didn't want to replace them.

I've seen it happen for UK owners before. Haven't see it in other regions.
So wouldn't put my hopes up.

Haven;t seen in Slovenia (i have my2025). Also never seen before for my CT4 my2021.
Otoh, i was at service since cabin heating doesn’t work as should. They found out that some software upgrades needs to be done, so they scheduled me for next Thursday…

PCM update 3885, per the service bulletin, is to be installed only if customer complains about PCM issues and they can be reproduced.
Porsche doesn’t want to pay a cent more than needed of service time

Same experience here.
I told that to my service man. He didn;t believe, so he checked my WIN on the computer. He said that he doesn’t see any info about available upgrades based on WIN.
Car needs to be connected to the tester, where obsolete versions are displayed.
(Btw i have 4405).

4405 is latest PCM for MY25

4578 is the actual latest, but i think they keep it for My26 only; same as they keep 4360/4405 for MY25 only (even though it is same hardware)

Surely a coincidence but since this update, I’ve had two occurrences (both on Tuesdays) of issues with the cameras not working. had zero issues in the last 2 years with them Last week 2 of the 4 were down and this morning, all 4. Coming back to the car after a little while seemed to sort it last week but will see if it’s the same later today.

it’s in for its 2 year service in dec so will report it.

put it in reverse and the rear camera flashes up for a split moment and then get the below

Hi @B61 would you be so kind and post a picture of the version screen of your PCM? I have a MY25 with 4360, you have 4405, any new functions or features you've seen so far? And have you been upgraded to 4405? What did you have before? Also I'd be interested if you see a LTE/4G symbol on the right side of the PCM or 5G. Thanks a lot.

Got my car in August, it was 4405 and I’m still on 4405
I’m not sure what’s the difference with 4360, but if i recall correctly, there’s a LTE/5G symbol on the right side of the screen, will check next time when i’ll drive…
