Charging schedule problem

Did you try to turn off all settings in the app, send that to the car. And then set everything again as wanted and send it to the car.
This helped me once when she didn’t charge as desired.

Thank you for your reply --- yes I completely erased all the settings on the app and even the PCM (post hard reset) and still no luck.

Surely someone else has had this situation? I called PCNA and that was a waste...I guess its a dealer visit.

Did you check there was nothing active in NAV even after a journey had finished which had charging stops / SOC defined - this has been an issue prior - I'm assuming you have?

Appreciate the reply- yes nothing in the nav at all (actually have not used the nav) and Ive only ever charged at home.

Ok, last role of the dice but have you power cycled your EVSE / wallbox (stranger things and all that!) and removed any programing held there?

Physically cut the power to it - either at the breaker or at the wall box.

Well I finally got around to doing this- didnt drive the car the last week of July and still no luck.
Did another PCM reset and the re-entered my desired charging times etc. NADA... I appreciate all your replies and offerings. It just doesnt want to comply sadly.
